How do I book a home?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. Or you can call our office at 888-425-0535 and a receptionist will be glad to help you.
Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Can I bring my pet with me?
We offer several homes, some of which allow pets and some do not. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the "vacation rentals" tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows pets. Or you can call our office at 888-425-0535 and a receptionist would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your pet.
What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" to your "vacation home" rather than returning to a small hotel room. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.
When do I pay for my stay?
You are required to make a 50% deposit upon booking and the balance due paid 30-days prior to arrival. Unless, you are booking within the 30-days of your stay then a full payment is required.
Do you have any activities at the Property?
Yes, we do offer Kayaks and paddle boards for the use of our guest.
Is there Parking for trailers?
No, we do not accept any trailer parking inside the community contact our Resident Director for nearby lots.
Can we launch our boat from the ramp?
No, there is not enough depth in the channel to navigate a boat in that side of the island. We do have a Marina at Playa Largo Resort & Spa that you may reserve your docking space at www.docwa.com for $8-$12 a foot.
Do I need to bring any kitchen items?
We provide a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots & pans, dishware, flatware and appliance in any home however, you must bring your own groceries/food items. We recommend to utilize Insta cart to have your groceries delivered to you the day of arrival.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the pool is set to 87 degrees and maintains a great temperature all year round.
Which address should I plug in to my GPS to get directions?
Use the community address: 97801 Overseas Hwy Key Largo Fl 33037, once you have arrived to the community look for your homes address number in front of each house.
How do I access Playa Largo Resort and Spa amenities?
Visit the front desk of the Resort to request your wrist bands to access all the amenities. ONLY registered guest will be allowed.
