First Floor

This modern 3318 sq ft Key Largo vacation home is spaciously laid out over three levels with stylish high-end finishes and designer touches throughout. The living area is bursting with sunlight and the ambiance of a true Florida beach home, making it easy to gather, relax in the ocean breeze and make lifelong memories with friends and family. There are two living areas with couches and a flat screen TV for movie nights and popcorn, as well as a large dining table with seating for 6, plus an eat-in breakfast table. Entertaining comes easy in the stunning European style kitchen fully equipped with custom designed cabinetry, high-end appliances and modern kitchen amenities. Whether you choose to dine formally at the dining table or alfresco under the stars on the oceanfront terrace, you’ll enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean and preserve.

Second Floor

The staircase leads to the homes' three bedrooms on this level. The master suite is a luxurious haven with calming interiors with a king size bed, a modern en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a free-standing bathtub. This bedroom opens onto a terrace, a stylish master suite indeed! The second bedroom has a luxurious queen bed and the third bedroom has a tripod style bunk bed that sleeps 3 (double mattress on bottom bunk and single mattress on top bunk).

Third Floor

On the upper level of the home is the loft lounge with sofa and television, which leads to the spacious balcony and outdoor Summer Kitchen with electric grill top. Step outside to this spacious terrace at the front of the home, a quiet retreat to enjoy captivating ocean views and bask in the warmth of the island sun.
