First Floor

This modern 3,873 sq ft Key Largo vacation home is spaciously laid out over three levels with stylish high-end finishes and designer touches throughout. The first floor features a stunning grand foyer and staircase and master bedroom #1. This luxurious haven with calming interiors has a king size bed, a modern en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a free-standing bathtub. This bedroom opens onto a wrap-around terrace overlooking the trees, a stylish master suite indeed!

Second Floor

The staircase leads to the open-plan living area with an en-suite bedroom at the back of the home with a queen size bed. The living area is bursting with sunlight and the ambiance of a true Florida beach home, making it easy to gather, relax in the ocean breeze and make lifelong memories with friends and family. There is a large couch, two stylish wing back chairs and a flat screen TV for movie nights and popcorn. Entertaining comes easy in the stunning European style kitchen fully equipped with custom designed cabinetry, high-end appliances and modern kitchen amenities. Whether you choose to dine formally at the dining table or alfresco under the stars on the oceanfront terrace, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Third Floor

On the upper level of the home there are two additional en-suite bedrooms. The third bedroom features a queen size bed, a bathroom and a private terrace at the back of the home. The upper level master suite is luxurious with a king size bed, a sunny seating area set against picture windows and a modern en-suite bathroom. Step outside to a private terrace at the front of the home, a quiet retreat to enjoy captivating ocean views and bask in the warmth of the island sun.
